Job Description

• Manage enterprise wide risk management programs for multiple products (e.g Lending, digital payment/remittance, digital product)

• Identify and manage risks to the organization, it’s employees, stakeholders, assets and operations.

• Monitoring and maintain Key Risk Indicators parameters on monthly and weekly basis.

• Prepare Risk Register report 1-2 times per year

• Work together with other risk units in reviewing new products or new features of products

• Engage and develop effective working relationship to support cooperative response to risk management matters and issues.

• Provide guidance and training to promote risk control awareness, ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably from start-up/tech company or product / business in lending industry or credit, e-wallet/payment, digital product)

• Good knowledge about risk management, having exposure handling in ERM Role in current or past role

• Handling process Risk Register, lead and/or coordinate RCSA (risk control self-assesment)

• Data tools (SQL, BigQuery, etc) capability is plus point

• Bachelor’s degree graduate

• Excellent communication skill and stakeholders management

• Strong analytical skills and problem solving
