Kraken Bond is a manufacturer and distributor of professional-grade spray foam insulation, sealants, and adhesives used by contractors, dealers, and serious DIYers. The sales team focuses on converting inbound leads from online marketing into long‑term B2B and B2C customers.
**Key Responsibility**
* Contact fresh inbound leads (no cold calling lists) via phone, email, and WhatsApp to qualify interest and needs.
* Understand whether the lead is a contractor, dealer/distributor, or homeowner, and position the right Kraken Bond products for their projects.
* Run structured discovery calls to estimate potential usage and recommend product bundles and starter orders.
* Create, send, and follow up on quotes; update lead and deal stages in the CRM (Zoho).
* Coordinate with marketing when lead quality issues or common questions appear repeatedly.
* Provide basic product education and direct customers to technical resources or senior reps when needed.
* Maintain a consistent daily activity level (calls, emails, follow‑ups) and hit monthly sales and conversion targets.
**Requirements**
* Remote, but only open to candidates currently **living in Latin America**
* 2+ years of experience in international sales, customer service, or call-center work (B2B or B2C).
* Native or near‑native Spanish and strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Comfortable switching between Spanish and English during calls, emails, and chat.
* Comfortable making phone calls and communicating through multiple channels (email, phone, social inbox).
* Ability to learn technical product details and explain them simply to non‑technical customers.
* Organized and disciplined with CRM usage (logging calls, notes, and next steps).
* Growth mindset and openness to coaching, scripts, and structured sales processes.
* Any experience working with contractors, building materials, or home‑improvement products (optional but a plus).
**Compensation**
* Base salary: 900 USD per month
* Commission: 1% on closed‑won revenue (uncapped: ranging from $50 to $100 per sale).
* Performance‑based increases possible (higher commission tiers and/or base salary) after consistent results.
* Full‑time role (around 40 hours per week), aligned with North American business hours.
* Remote position; reliable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls required.
