Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing the delivery of care.

They will work with the patient to establish reasonable and measurable goals within a specific time frame.

The physical therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; NJ/PT License; CPR certification

With 1-2 experience in acute care or outpatient, hospital experience preferred
